Dental Insurance
We do not participate in any insurance plans, however we will file your insurance claim for you. Payment is expected at the time of service with insurance benefits reimbursed to you directly.
Our goal is to ensure you receive the maximum allowable benefits given by your insurance plan. Please bring your insurance card or papers on the first visit.
Payment Options
Our office is committed to providing excellent dental health care. We have a variety of fee arrangements to ensure payment of any portion not covered by insurance is affordable. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover). We also offer outside interest free financing and will be happy to discuss all financial options with you.
